RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.Returns EligibilityReturns will only be accepted under the following conditions: The item is faulty or defective. The item was damaged during transit. The item received is not what was ordered. All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and approved by Northpac Australia before the product is sent back. 2. Restocking Fee If a return is approved for any reason other than a fault with the product, a 25% restocking fee will apply. The product must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.3. Special & Custom Orders Custom or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.4. Return ProcessTo request a return, customers must:- Contact Northpac Australia at sales@northpac.com with the order number and reason for return. - Provide photographic evidence for faulty or damaged goods. - Receive written approval before returning any goods. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.5. Refunds & CreditsIf a return is approved, Northpac Australia will issue either a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
